In 2014 the MARK Centre wanted to step up it’s digital marketing initiatives through the web, email and streaming video. The existing website was not optimized for mobile or tablet devices and was difficult for staff to update. Though the MARK Centre hosts many retreats and events throughout the year, these events were not be highlighted on the website.
We provided consultation and direction in the development of the monthly email newsletter campaigns and helped guide the implementation of the weekly “Step Out of the Traffic” streaming video event. The new website integrated an events management system that allows for ease of in-house management of retreats and events.
MARK Centre’s website traffic has increased by 50% in the past year. As more website visitors are utilizing mobile and tablet devices – 39%, those that interact with the MARK Centre digitally enjoy a much better user experience. Hopefully, enabling them to better “develop a lifestyle of listening to God”.
