Dynamic Fenestration

Challenge

Dynamic Fenestration is a leading custom window manufacturer whose luxury windows and doors are featured in architecturally designed homes across North America. After two previous website builds, Dynamic again approached Pohl Strategic to spearhead a new brand transformation that would help transition the company from a product manufacturing focus to a service orientation. 

Solution

After some front end research and brand discovery, we collaborated with Form Meets Function to create Dynamic’s new visual identity, logo, and website that highlights an “out of the box” approach to fenestration design. Using a Storybrand approach, in which the architect is the “hero”, Dynamic serves as a “guide” to help resolve design and engineering challenges and achieve the client’s architectural vision.

Though popular and well used in its time, Dynamic made the risky decision to remove a large but aging repository of CAD drawings, encouraging architects to connect directly with Dynamic fenestration experts.

Result

We successfully navigated the transition of Dynamic’s brand and domain name all while maintaining search engine rankings and the flow of relevant customers to the website. Bolstered by Wiebe Industrial’s targeted marketing, highly qualified architects are connecting directly with Dynamic service representatives more than ever, leading to exponential growth for the company. Their new challenge is to manage the increase of manufacturing lead times!
