Designer – Web, Social, Print
25–35 hrs/week | Remote / Flexible
Pohl Strategic is a boutique brand and content agency helping premium architectural suppliers stop being overlooked and start being specified. We design websites, content, and campaigns that build trust with architects, specifiers, and developers.
We’re growing and looking for a Designer with an architectural eye to join our team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead website design projects (WordPress/), prioritizing clarity, speed, and usability.
- Create social media and email graphics that tell stories and build visibility.
- Design print and sales materials (brochures, project stories, proposals) with a clean, structured style.
- Collaborate with strategists, writers, and developers to bring brand strategy to life.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Design (or equivalent training).
- 2+ years agency or in-house experience across web + multi-channel design.
- Strong portfolio with websites plus social/print examples.
- Skilled in Adobe CC and/or Figma.
- Familiarity with architectural or B2B aesthetics (minimal, detail-focused).
- Curious, collaborative, and motivated by purposeful work.
- 1-2 In-office (Abbotsford) days per week
